Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan is always free. For paid plans, founding members lock in beta pricing forever when they join early.
What does "AI messages" mean?
Each AI-generated reply (SMS, email, or platform message) counts as one AI message. Messages you write yourself don't count. If you exceed your limit, additional messages are $0.05 each.
How does Voice AI billing work?
Voice AI minutes are included by plan (10 min on Solo, 30 min on Crew, 60 min on Agency). Bazas connects calls and transcripts into the CRM through provider-agnostic voice adapters; beyond your plan limit, calls are $0.25/minute. No charge for missed or abandoned calls.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment setup is handled during founder-led onboarding. Annual billing gets a 20% discount when a paid pilot is approved.
What is the Finance Module?
An optional add-on ($9/mo) that connects your bank via Plaid, auto-categorizes transactions, tracks recurring payments, and gives you AI financial insights. Available on any paid plan or as a standalone product.
