Privacy and account deletion

For privacy rights, data export, account deletion, or deletion-status follow-up. You can also request account deletion inside the Bazas mobile app from Profile → Request Account Deletion.

Security reports

Report suspected unauthorized access, tenant isolation issues, or security concerns. Please avoid sending passwords or secrets by email.

Report a security concern

Account deletion process

  • Open the Bazas iOS app and go to Profile → Request Account Deletion.
  • Confirm the request. Bazas logs the request for manual review and follow-up.
  • We process verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting retention requirements.
  • Backups containing deleted account data are purged according to our retention policy.

Need urgent help?

Email support@bazas.ai with “Urgent” in the subject. Do not include passwords, API keys, or private credentials.
